Abstract
We report a case of venous congestion of the medulla oblongata due to dural arteriovenous fistula at the craniocervical junction. The combination of swelling of the medulla oblongata, high intensity lesions in T2-weighted images within the medulla oblongata and prominent flow voids on the surface of parenchyma is suggestive of dural arteriovenous fistula at the craniocervical junction.
