Abstract

Global warming means that the temperature of the environment increases further, and so does the temperature of structures that are exposed to the environment, such as bridges, especially in the summer. The position change of the sun makes different positions of the bridge receive different radiation intensity, which leads to the uneven distribution of temperature, and then leads to severe thermal deformation and thermal stress of the structure. In order to understand the temperature distribution of the actual bridge under the sunshine condition, this study selected a steel bridge in Japan and measured its temperature with a thermal camera for one day to measure the temperature distribution of different components under the sunshine condition. At the same time, environmental parameters such as solar radiation intensity, ambient temperature and wind speed were collected.
