Abstract

Inorganic-organic metal halide perovskites with a ring of 18-crown-6 ether to act as the vehicle for transferring K + to arrive at the crystal surface were studied. XRD spectra show that the (211) peak of perovskite shifted toward a lower theta direction after doping KBr. However, crown and K(crown)Br doping did not show changes in lattice parameters. Finally, photovoltaic characteristics and parameters after keeping devices for over 20 days were investigated. We found that devices with K(Crown)Br showed a longer lifetime and better stability.
