Abstract

In this paper, a method of improvement with sparrow search algorithm is proposed, namely differential sparrow search algorithm (DSSA). It is inspired by some advanced differential evolution algorithms and sparrow search algorithm. In DSSA, we proposed an operation of differential evolution to improve the ability to search locally. Several results show that the comprehensive performance of DSSA is improved compared with SSA and is better than some classical algorithms.
