In this study, a research purpose is 'The retail multiple network structure is described in detail, and the lifestyle proposal of expertise and the technology needed in each industry is concretely clarified'. Then, two study results were announced. One is a thesis that clarifies the consumption experience concerning a Japanese patchwork quilt.It introduced the trend of the quilt in Japan, and presented the research frame of the handicraft. Another article reexamined the case with the bean curd shop. A community-based retail store did what marketing operation, and whether it had to construct the client-relationship was examined.
