Research interests
血小板由来成長因子(Platelet-Derived Growth Factor)β KO(PDGFR-β KO)マウスに統合失調症・自閉症患者やモデル動物で確認される症状やパルブアルブミン陽性神経(GABA 神経)の障害,刺激同期的ガンマオシレーション(26～70 Hz の脳波)の障害を確認した.本研究ではこれらの動物に新規治療薬を投与し,治療過程における神経生理学的所見(刺激同期的ガンマオシレーション)と統合失調症や自閉症の症状および組織学的所見の関係を明らかにする.
