Research interests
和漢薬の新しい機能性や安全性を脂質代謝の観点から明らかにすることが,本研究分野の研究課題である.機器分析による脂質成分の定量や,脂質代謝を担う分子の発現解析が,主な我々の研究手法である.特に魚油やエゴマ種子由来油脂に含まれるn-3系不飽和脂肪酸,ならびに動物胆の主成分である胆汁酸の脂質代謝に及ぼす影響や病態制御活性に関する研究を進めている.
