Research interests
岩石,堆積物,土壌などの天然試料を対象として,それらがもつ過去の環境に関する情報を主に[古地磁気学・岩石磁気学]の手法を適用して解析し,地塊の構造運動,超大陸の形成,古環境・古気候の変動といった地球表層で起きる諸現象とその変遷や地球磁場の地球史にわたる様々な時間スケールでの変動を探究している.
