Research interests
育児に不慣れな初産婦の3か月までの体験過程とその体験過程をパターン分類して特徴を明らかにすることを目的に調査を行った.参加者は,母乳哺育を継続する意思のある正常褥婦15名.データ:分娩後から3か月の間に計5回の面接および産褥1か月時点と3か月時点のEPDS得点.分析:グラウンデットセオリーアプローチを用いた.パターンの分類は,対象の背景および面接時の身体・精神的状況,授乳状況等6項目を点数化して分析に用いた.データの解釈の信頼性・妥当性は,専門家にスーパーバイズを受けることにより確保.結果,体験過程として12のカテゴリーを抽出.母乳哺育の継続体験は,安定型,サポート安定型,不安定型,分泌不足感ストレスの4つのパターンに分類された.
